Verse
Time - slips - in my tangled mind
I can feel myself, passing me by, passing me by
I - sit - breathing in the pain
My conscience whispers to my eyes,
demanding tears, demanding tears
Bridge
Farewell now, Farewell now,
Farewell now, I won‘t miss you much
Farewell now, Farewell now,
Farewell now, I won‘t miss you much
Chorus
I see the colours fade, a light divides the grey
This past that‘s running through my veins -
is staining me
My mind begins to die, the past it takes its toll
this love that sucked me down the drain,
has spit me out
Verse
New - born - my view is getting straight
- Hate has burned down my belief,
creating new, creating now
Bridge
Farewell now, Farewell now,
Farewell now, I won‘t miss you much
Farewell now, Farewell now,
Farewell now, I won‘t miss you much
Chorus
I see the colours fade, a light divides the grey
This blood that‘s running through my veins -
is staining me
My mind begins to die, reaching for new goals,
this love that sucked me down the drain,
has spit me out - has spit me out
Chorus
I see the colours fade, a light divides the grey
This blood that‘s running through my veins -
is staining me
My mind begins to die, reaching for new goals,
this love that sucked me down the drain,
has spit me out
Farewell now - Farewell now
I see the colours fade
This blood that‘s running through my veins -
is staining me
Has spit me out
Farewell now

tempos, time signature and key changes.
The hard core of Ricochet with Björn Tiemann, drummer Jan Keimer and guitarist Heiko Holler has been playing together since the early 90s. Bassist Hans Strenge has also been with the band for over 20 years.
